The Mindfulness Movement Goes Mainstream

http://youtu.be/2cV28Phuweo

Mindfulness is defined in the Merriam-Webster dictionary as the practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one’s thoughts, emotions or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis. Bodhin Kjolhede of the Rochester Zen Center and Judy Zettek of the Mindful Meditation Ministry at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church join the conversation.
