Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks delivers her final State of the County address on Wednesday night.
Brooks, who was first elected in 2003, is term-limited, so this is her last year in office as she finishes up her third term.
Brooks is delivering the speech at Irondequoit High School. Irondequoit is also the hometown of Monroe County Clerk Cheryl Dinolfo.
Dinfolfo is the Republican candidate for County Executive this year. She faces Democrat and former Brighton Town Supervisor Sandra Frankel in November.
