Kodak Alaris names a new CEO

Kodak Alaris, the company spun off from Eastman Kodak a few years ago after the Chapter 11 restructuring, has named a new CEO.

He is Marc Jourlait, who most recently was the Deputy CEO of a company called Navico, which is involved in marine electronics for recreational and commercial use. Jourlait will be based in Rochester.

Previously, Jourlait held leadership roles with companies that include Apple, HP, Seagate, Technicolor and Bose.

As CEO of Kodak Alaris Holdings Limited, Jourlait replaces interim CEO Jeff Goodman, who returns to his role as chief operating officer of Kodak Alaris.

Goodman was named to the interim role last spring, when Ralf Gerbershagen stepped down.

Kodak Alaris is involved in photo kiosks and other photographic products as well as providing software solutions and information management services.

The company employs several hundred people  in Rochester, and 3,000 worldwide. Jourlait assumes his new role on January 1.
