Jurors Convict Garcia On All Counts

Rochester, NY – Frank Garcia faces up to life in prison without parole when he's sentenced later this month.

The twice-fired nursing supervisor was found guilty by jurors Monday for murdering two people and attempting to kill a third outside a Brockport hospital last Valentine's Day.

That's the same day Garcia killed a Canandaigua couple.

He's already serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for those slayings.

Investigators say Garcia targeted two of the female victims after their sexual harassment complaints led to him being fired from successive jobs.
