The producers of this year's Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival have announced the first four headliners for the event which takes place June 24th to July 2nd.
They include: singers Grace Potter and Erykah Badu, keyboardist and composer Chick Corea, and trumpeter Chris Botti.
Potter will perform on opening night, Friday June 24th; Badu on Saturday, June 25th.
Corea will peform with his "Trilogy" Trio plus special guest Joey Alexander, the 12 year old who performed last year, Botti performs on Thursday, June 30th. All performances take place at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre.
Tickets go on sale Friday, January 29th at 10 a.m. Organizers say the 15th annual festival will feature more than 1,500 musicians.
