Help for Affordable Care Act Enrollment

Starting October 1st, individuals can enroll in the Health Insurance Marketplace component of the Affordable Care Act.
Business owners can enroll in the Small Business Health Options Program.
 
The Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County wants to make sure people are informed and ready to enroll.
The library is screening a 45 minute video at its city and town branches to help people make an informed decision about their health care.
 
Jennifer Byrnes is Small Business Information Specialist at the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County.
 
She says the Central Library will also offer workshops for small business owners on what options are available to them.
 
The Library also plans to offer one-on-one Navigators, to help counsel people through the enrollment process, starting in October.
