Health Officials Worry About Obesity "Epidemic"

Rochester, NY – According to New York's Department of Health--childhood obesity is not just a concern, it's an epidemic. Officials estimate more than 1 million children and teens are overweight or obese.

About 30-percent of children in the Rochester region fall into this category. WXXI's LeShea Agnew reports pediatricians are typically the first to break the news to parents that their children on an unhealthy path.
