The George Eastman House will be operating a digital laboratory in its Moving Imaging Department, with the help of a donation of equipment from Kodak.
Officials at the Rochester museum say that the equipment will enhance the Eastman House's capabilities in film preservation.
The digital is actually located in Building 205 at the Eastman Business Park and it will be staffed by members of the Eastman House. The museum will lease the space from Kodak, making the George Eastman House the newest of the tenants at the business park.
