Generation XXI Votes: Noah Lebowitz

WXXI – Noah Lebowitz is the director of communications for Monroe County. With a job like that, you'd expect him to be a veteran of multiple campaigns, with experience knocking on doors, beating the pavement, and waiting up nights as election returns come in. Well he has - but he's also only 23 years old. WXXI's Rachel Ward had a chat with him for Generation XXI.
