WXXI – Jennifer Swartzenberg is a single mom who quit her full-time job at Wegmans to go back to school. She's living with her parents and trying to build a better life for herself and for her eleven year-old daughter, Felicia.

WXXI's Brenda Tremblay spoke to Jennifer in her parent's living room in Hamlin, NY, where the floor was heaped with white plastic bags.
