More details have been released about the second annual First Niagara Fringe Festival in Rochester.
Organizers of the festival used The Little Theatre on Wednesday to announce new venues for the event, which has doubled to 10 days as well as talk about some of the new performers.
"This year we have twice as many performances as last year, a staggering 360 performances, with many returning performers, which is of course gratifying, but many new ones as well," said festival producer Erica Fee.
Fee says the Fringe Festivalwill see a third of those performances offered for free, with many of the ticketed shows ranging in price from five to 16 dollars. The festival will include local performers as well as others from around the country. The Fringe Festivalwill be held from September 19th to the 28th.
