The Rochester area and much of upstate NY has shivered through the weekend, but this kind of cold won't last too much longer.
Temperatures dipped below zero Saturday night after hovering near zero for much of the day. The wind chill warning was canceled on Sunday morning.
On Sunday, the high was only around 9 degrees, with wind chills near 15 below at times.
The forecast calls for temperatures are expected to rise to near 30 on Monday, and get up to around 40 later in the week.
