Rochester, NY – Over the past decade, the number of people in Monroe County using food stamps skyrocketed from 12,000 to 44,000. While that's clearly a sign of growing economic hardship, WXXI's LeShea Agnew reports, it also provides an opportunity to change unhealthy habits.
