Heavy rains have caused issues with a number of highways this morning including the New York State Thruway.
The Thruway Authority reported just after 9:15 a.m. that all lanes Eastbound were blocked between exits 46 and 47 in the Rochester area, but that highway was reopened at about 11 a.m.
Earlier, a lane was closed due to flooding on both 490 near Goodman St. and 590 near Highland.
