Fire Kills A 90 Year Old Man In Batavia

BATAVIA, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a 90-year-old man has died in a house fire in western New York.

State police say the fire was reported shortly before 5:30 a.m. Saturday in his Batavia home.

Officials found Roger Saile dead inside the house.

Genesee County fire investigators are probing the cause of the blaze and the official cause of Saile's death.

Reportedly a Batavia firefighter suffered minor injuries.
