The Federal Government has declared 19 counties in and around the Finger Lakes disaster areas thanks to the brutally cold winter brought on by the "Polar Vortex." The famous wineries along Seneca and Cayuga Lakes have been hit hard, some losing anywhere from 50-100% of their crop.
