Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester is offering new programs to help seniors and those with disabilities attain community services and remain independent.
BalancedCare is the new division at CCCS, and marketing and outreach director Lynette Baker says it's designed to help those individuals stay home and not have to move into a nursing home.
Baker says BalancedCare offers help for people with the complicated Medicaid Application.
And another program, Assistance and Representative Payee Services, helps people manage Social Security benefits.
