The FBI says there are new leads in the deadly 2003 robbery of the former Xerox Federal Credit Union in Webster (now known as Xceed Federal Credit Union). At a press conference Monday, the FBI says that newly enhanced video of the robbery, which shows the suspect, has led to additional leads, and the FBI is ramping up their push for additional information.

Photos of the suspect will be distributed, and posted on digital billboards around Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Rochester.

Here’s what we know about the suspect:

-The suspect is a black male, around 43-45 years old

-Suspect is around 6 feet tall

-The suspect lives in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area but has ties to Rochester

On the morning of August 12, 2003, the suspect entered Xerox Federal Credit Union on the Xerox campus disguised as an FBI agent, and told a credit union employee that he was there to conduct a mock robbery in order to assess the credit union’s security.
