A Rochester community forum aims to take a long, hard look at the effects of trauma on communities of color.

The Hidden Effects of Trauma on Our Lives: Historical and Present Trauma in Communities of Color public forum will be held February 28th in the auditorium at St. Mary's Hospital.

The Mental Health Association is facilitating the discussion. The overall goal is to help minorities of all ages maintain mental wellness by uncovering and ultimately ending self-defeating and violent behaviors.
