The DelMonte Hotel Group has announced that it has closed on the sale of four of its Fairfield Inn properties.
Those include Fairfield Inns in Rochester, Greece, Webster and Henrietta. The hotels are being sold to a company called Vision Hotels, LLC.
The sale marks DelMonte’s first large-scale divestiture of some of its properties.
Company CEO John DelMonte says proceeds from the sale will allow his company to invest in larger, more diverse markets.
DelMonte currently has two hotels under construction, a Hilton Garden Inn in Rochester and another one in Pittsburgh. They also have four other hotels in development.
