¡Soy Unica! ¡Soy Latina!returns to Rochester with a focus on helping young Latina girls.
The organization's Saturday event will attract 150 local girls and young women, ages 7-18, aimed at building confidence, self-esteem, and career skills. The career aspect will look at opportunities in the field of communications. Our guests:
- Annette Ramos, Latinas Unidas board member and co-chair of the 2016 SUSL Rally
- Sady Fischer, co-chair of the 2016 SUSL Rally and inclusion program and outreach coordinator for Excellus Blue Cross/BlueShield
- Kelly Mullaney, Latinas Unidas board member, rally committee member, and president of Working Art Media
- Julia Gleason, SUSL Rally teen ambassador and senior at Brighton High School
