12 noon: Social media and the law

1pm: The future of a local performing arts center

At noon, sued for a tweet? It's possible. Fired for a facebook post? There are rules about that, too. And how about just plain etiquette? Did Stephen Colbert (or his staff) cross the line on Twitter last week? We delve into the new rules and laws of social media with a pair of guests who have worked on cases or served as expert witnesses.

At 1pm, why didn't the Rochester Broadway Theater League know that Rochester's mayor was asking the state for money for a performing arts center? The mayor asked for $100 million. RBTL says the true cost is closer to $70 million, and they've been working toward a project at the old Irondequoit Mall. Mayor Warren wants the theater downtown. Where will it go next? RBTL's Arnie Rothschild fills us in on everything.
