What's the argument against it? Brian Sampson of Unshackle Upstate joins us in studio to explain why his organization lobbied against publicly funded campaigns. Susan Lerner of Common Cause NY joins us to elaborate on why her organization favors more public participation.

At 1pm, why can't they find the Malaysian airliner? Most analysts now agree that the plane crashed into the Indian Ocean. Sensitive detection equipment has found signals that could be coming from the plane. But as University of Rochester's Duncan Moore explains, the next steps are extremely complicated and challenging. We look at the science of why finding the plane is so difficult.
