First hour: Zephyr Teachout
Second hour: The music of our youth (and why we still love it)
In our first hour, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Zephyr Teachout joins us. She's challenging Governor Andrew Cuomo in the September 9th primary. Teachout is a Fordham law professor who says she's the clear progressive alternative to the governor.
In our second hour, we still love the songs we loved in middle school. Even if they're awful. Why is that? And why do kids tend to loathe their parents' music? We look at the psychology of music from our childhood. And yes, we'll play some guilty pleasures.
