According to unofficial results, the winners in Tuesday's Democratic primary for five at-large City Council races are, from left, Loretta Scott, Malik Evans, Willie J. Lightfoot, Mitch Gruber and Jackie Ortiz.

Two incumbent members of City Council were victorious in Tuesday night’s Democratic primary, but one — Dana Miller — did not get enough votes to secure the line in the general election.

Thirteen candidates were competing for five open at-large seats.

Unofficial results from the Monroe County Board of Elections show the top vote-getters were incumbents Loretta Scott and Jackie Ortiz, along with Willie J. Lightfoot, Malik Evans and Mitch Gruber.

The other candidates were Miller, Marcus Williams, Matt Juda, Dorian Hall, Ann Lewis, Mary Lupien, Thomas Hasman and Shawn Dunwoody.

There also was a Working Families primary for the seats. The top five vote-getters in that race were Ortiz, Evans, Lupien, Dunwoody and Pam Davis.
