The children of Larry and Jane Glazer, killed in a small plane crash last week, have issued a statement to the Rochester community:
Our family wishes to thank the Rochester community, and beyond, for the outpouring of expressions of sympathy and support since the sudden passing of our beloved parents, Jane and Larry Glazer. In a time when very little can soothe the tremendous pain of their loss, the words of kindness lift us up. We appreciate the great acknowledgment of their achievements as well as the honor paid to their generous spirits.
First and foremost, they were “Mom and Dad”, and then, “Grandma and Grandpa”. The void left by their passing will never be filled, but we hold out hope for eventual peace.
As our grief continues to unfold, we are dedicated to carrying on our parents’ legacies. Knowing we are not alone in our overwhelming sadness brings us much comfort.
