State Police in Geneseo say they responded to a fatal accident Friday night in the town of Lima.
Troopers say at about 10:09 pm, a car going east on Route 5 & 20 crossed lanes and hit another vehicle.
Jeannine Frisbie, 60 of Lima was killed in the crash. Her husband Wayne, 66 was driving and is hospitalized with serious injuries, according to Maj. Craig Hanesworth.
Police identified the driver of the vehicle that crossed into oncoming traffic as Amy Patterson, 44, of Lima. She is also at Rochester's Strong Memorial Hospital with what were described as serious injuries.
State Police say their investigation into the fatal crash continues, and charges are pending.
