Arrest Warrant Issued In Connection With Incident Involving Autistic Teen

TWC News

Rochester Police  have issued an arrest warrant in connection with a recent incident where an autistic teen from Syracuse allegedly was pushed to the ground in Cobb’s Hill Park during a cross-country meet.

15 year old Chase Coleman is also non-verbal, and had gone off course and reportedly was confronted by a man who pushed him down.

57  year old Martin MacDonald of Pittsford initially had not been charged, but Rochester police have  confirmed there is now  a warrant for a charge of second degree harassment.

The story has made national news, and this week Rochester Police offered to send a patrol car to Syracuse to pick Coleman up and bring him out to Rochester for another run.
