Rochester Police have announced in an arrest in connection with a shooting incident at Durand-Eastman Park on July 13th.

Police arrested a 15 year old boy Wednesday afternoon on Cameron Street. Authorities were looking for the teen and surrounded the house at 85 Cameron and managed to get him out of the house without incident after about a half hour.

The teen will face charges that include reckless endangerment and possession of stolen property. His name was not released due to his age, and his case will be taken up in Family Court.

Originally six suspects were being sought, but Rochester Police now say they are no longer seeking any additional suspects.

The investigation originally began as a report of a burglary and the theft of a vehicle in Greece, and later ended up  at Durand-Eastman with a report of shots being fired. No one was hit by the gunfire.
