SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) Authorities say they're still on the lookout for a 24-year-old central New York man and his 21-month-old daughter after the father disappeared with the child.
Syracuse police say Monday that they haven't found Ryan Lawrence and his daughter Maddox. Morgan Lawrence, the girl's mother and Ryan's wife, made a televised plea Sunday for her husband to return home with their daughter.
Police issued an Amber Alert early Sunday morning after Ryan Lawrence failed to show up late Saturday night at her workplace to pick her up. Officials say the husband had left the couple's only vehicle in the parking lot at the Destiny USA shopping mall.
Authorities say the couple had no history of marital issues and the man's disappearance with his daughter comes as a shock to his family.
