The announcement came Sunday from University of Rochester President Joel Seligman. Lowry was appointed to a second, five-year term.</p><p>Lowry joined the Eastman School in 2007. Ticket sales accounted for about 80 percent of all possible number combinations.</p><p>Officials say the winning ticket was sold at a Publix supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla.
